We are still trying to put right the damage done to our property by this company. May have to take them to court but not sure if it will enable us to recoup our losses. They appear very efficient but this is far from the truth particularly where new technology and high quality work is required!!!

Very bad roofer. Was called in to fix a leaking flat roof, overcharged me and didn't fix the problem. On calling back won't admit that his job was below standard and re-quoted me for additional work to fix the initial problem for which I had already paid

VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. We employed this person to tile a shower/room & bathroom, did shower room was paid. He left several messages on our answering machine that he had been delayed, he did not turn up to complete the job, does not answer his business phone,result we have now to find someone else to finish the job-to say we are annoyed would be an understatement.

Didn't fix the leak, broke numerous promises to return and fix it, broke two promises to refund our money, address on invoice and in yellow pages is not theirs! Occupier of address given has reported them to trading standards because she is fed up with people arriving at her house trying to get money back.

VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. We chose them because they were in the Quality Mark scheme. However they blocked the drain and just went home leaving it overflowing, left tips of old cement in several places in the garden, a lot of large pieces in the gutters, didn't repoint the chimneys all the way to the top (not enough scaffolding) and charged for doing 3 hips when they only did 1 and a half, painting a spike silver to make it look new. When challenged wanted to come round with all his men. Did finally accept a reduced payment, but impossible to recommend.

Your experience here - Paid cash up front for a fitted kitchen which i was not happy with Phoned several times and wrote but got no response. Now they are saying they have no record of my complaint and my 12month warranty is up and I would have to pay £67 for their surveyor to come and take a look. The kitchen is a mess with the veneer lifting, hinges rusting plus severel other faults.

Took them 10 weeks to do loft conversion that was supposed to take 10 days. Some days not coming till 4pm, some days not turning up at all. Had to be pushed into finishing the job, then wanted money NOW. Also had "soft soap" stories as to why he needed the money quick!! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!!
