Called out electrician to sort out tripping fuse box.Came out, admitted there was a fault but said he could not find it, charged me £300 and left.I asked Company for a refund, or half of the money back they said NO!! Called another electrician out, he found a fault and only charged me £90.Will never use First Access (based in Loughton) ever again.COWBOYS!

My experience was very poor as the company turned out to be extremely expensive, charging more than £100 p.h. per person for the work they did, and the quality of the work was of no more than average quality. I would advise local people to try another company.

I run a small travel agency in Stoke and I had a problem with my Electrical Systems in one of our fuse boxes. I had heard of A-Circuit and called them out and they where great, very helpful and kept me up to date with what they where doing and how much it was going to cost.
I would tell anyone to give them a try.
